MLM Training - How to conduct professional and powerful presentations MLM or Network Marketing? -

No more boring meetings boring opportunities!

Man ... I just had to put up another 2 hours in a hotel conference room to listen to some guy going on and on and on about his vision of how wonderful his life has become after joining his company's MLM and how everyone else in the world have lived in hell working for someone else ....

and the worst of it was, it took like 30 minutes before she finally left the stage and got another to jump through the company background, products and pay plan ... yawn ...

Then finally a bit 'less interesting evidence or motivation on the part of people who obviously , he was asked to come on stage shortly before the meeting and that they were just trying to blurt out everything they could think of the blue, as he tries to fight the nervousness of being on stage for the first time in their lives!

If you ask me, that is not what we call a meeting of business opportunities professionally organized!

And when I turned and scanned the room to control the profile of the audience to listen to the presentation, my eyes started to roll ...

You see people dressed in clothes like them just awakened by the bed, his eyes drooping with no spark of energy in them and 6 year old boys sitting on chairs with the "why mom is forcing me to stand here like an idiot when I can be watching TV at home ..." watching her face!

I'm going to laugh my head. Fortunately for me, I was only a participant, the public, and I seriously pity the speaker who is doing his best to keep in the public eye placed on him, while the newcomers continue to enter the room from the door incredibly irritating that it is right in the middle of the conference room where everyone in the room can have a good look at "who is the next person who walks into the room?"

I mean ... why would anyone want to spend dollars on a high-quality meeting room category for a professional presentation, but waste all because they made all those mistakes I mentioned above?

For me, this is just absurd.

But the sad fact is that many distributors as well as business management are still organizing these types of MLM or Network Marketing business opportunity presentations without thinking through their heads or asking experienced professionals to some good advice first.

So how can we conduct MLM or Network Marketing professional and powerful presentations?

Well, if I do a quick survey with 100 distributors in any MLM company and ask them this question,

"Do you want a powerful, short presentation 45 minutes or you prefer sit through a draggy, long winded presentation two hours, instead? "

Guess how many will choose powerful and short?

My guess is all.

And this is so true in this day and age where people are just sick and tired of wordy two hours talks or seminars.

So my 2nd question will be: " What would you like to feel more in those 45 minutes?"

Everyone will give different answers, but it always boils down to,

"WIIFM - What's in it for I?"

and "What should I do to be successful?"

Yup, it's that simple. People do not want to hear your life story or your enlightened views of life, they care only about themselves!

So the trick is to show them the benefits that your opportunity can provide.

Here are some key points needed in your presentation flow and the time you should be spending their introduction.

1. (5 minutes) - that 's right! What can be done to help them achieve their dreams? (Personal background, how you got to know your company, etc.)

2. (5 minutes) your upline Team LEADER - What can your team leader upline do to help them achieve their dreams? (Successful track record, leadership experience etc)

3. (5 minutes) your company - How can your business management team to help them achieve their dreams? (Management experience, business background, logistical support, etc.)

4. (5 minutes) your products - How can your products help them achieve their dreams? (Be it the innovative technology gives you better health, younger skin or greater cost savings or whatever ...)

5. (10 minutes) your pay PLAN - How can your payment plan to help them achieve their financial dreams? This is the most important part, since people are here for a business opportunity which means that they need to see the money! (You should be able to show that you can make a lot of money within 10 minutes, otherwise the payment plan is too complicated, or just tap on the key points and not go into details unless you are not interested, can be found later)

6. (5 minutes) your support system - How can your support system to help them learn the ropes faster and easier to do business? (The web site tools, marketing kits, support training etc)

7. (5 minutes) YOUR Perfect timing - Why is their perfect timing to join your opportunity ? (Either you are in or approaching pre-launch phase of momentum in your local or global market. Young companies may talk about positioning at an early stage and old mature companies can talk about opening new markets or new product categories .)

8. (5 minutes) your start FAST PLAN SUCCESS - This is the final kicker that is going to make them see the light. Give your audience a step test dummy in the action plan step that is so simple anyone can do it and it's guaranteed to make them fast cash at the start. If you persevere and continue to follow the plan, we will definitely see great rewards in the near future. (For example, you can give out 1 dvd a day, or pass a magazine one day, or invite one person per day to see your web site, etc.)

After running through all 8 points above, being in a one on one presentation table top, a small meeting or a large family home of the group's hotel meeting ...

your last step is to make a call to action by removing the big question ...

"you're A, B or C ?" (A- largest manufacturer of business, small business manufacturer B-, C- try products before)

After that, the time for questions and answers. This is really the most important part of the presentation because this is when the really interested people start clearing their doubts!

If you are not experienced enough to handle the group questions, make sure you have more experienced uplines around to help otherwise you'll get bombarded with tough questions and you will look very bad. So make sure you have backup.

In my experience, once everyone clears their doubts and feel that they have no other questions to ask, it just means that are either ready to join or not.

Then, just insert the A, B or C question and highlight the forms of registration. Then tell them what to do.

"So, for those who wish to join our team now, just fill those forms! You can use your credit card, cash or check."

Here are some key points to note during the group meeting schedule:

1. See

a) hOME - Make sure the house is neat and presentable, no noisy children, no noisy animals, no TV, radio or telephone disorders.

And get a small white board, flip chart, or if you can afford it, a home projector system that connects to a laptop with PowerPoint.

If your company has a good DVD, get a DVD player so you can show the DVD on the TV.

not serve heavy meals, alcohol or anything that will make your audience experience the "zzz" monster. Just some snacks and water will do.

b) convention hall meetings Hotel -

Check the site layout and make sure the stage and seating capacity is OK and does not look too shabby.

Check with the hotel management who will present proper equipment, such as audio / video, whiteboard, marker pens, whiteboard erasers, paper and pencils for guests, refreshments or at least a bit 'of ice water for guests.

Before the meeting, make sure that the hotel management have put a notice in the lobby that directs visitors to your function room.

You have a registration counter set and get some helpers to greet guests and ask them to sign so you know who invited them and also in order to match the total number of visitors vs. States following.

If there are more entry doors to the meeting room, lock the doors that are located near the stage or the speaker stand so that the guests to come in and out of those doors, distract your audience the keynote speaker.

Finally, make sure the air conditioning is powerful enough so that guests do not feel too hot and go into a sleep halfway through the presentation.

All leaders should have reserved VIP seats in front of the room instead of sitting in the back, so they can be the first to applaud and respond to the speaker, thus motivating the rest of the room to participate.

Now, when guests arrive, make sure you have staff that will direct them to fill the second row onwards, so that they do not clog the back row who leave empty rows. This will make it difficult for other guests to find seats.

And please, no reservation of seats for guests who are late! This is a habit so irritating bad. And it is totally unprofessional! So just make sure that the leaders inform their customers that if they are late, they will not be any seats, as most of the time, it is the leaders themselves who hog the seats for their late guests! I also saw the leaders fighting for seats for their guests ... how bad it can be!

All guests are late should be asked to sit in the back, instead of taking them to the front rows, while the speaker presents, so it does not distract the audience.

before the meeting starts, play a little 'light, but the rhythm in the background music so that the guests feel excited and pumped for an exciting presentation.

And just before the speaker is on stage, have someone play the role of host to ...

1. Welcome the audience and thank them for investing their valuable time to attend our presentation today

2. ask them to take off their phones and turn them off or vibrate mode, because the presentation is going to be registered (this always works!)

3. Then introduce the keynote speaker for the presentation and invite him or her on stage.

while the speaker is coming on stage, all the leaders in the first row must stand up, applause and welcome the keynote speaker on stage. This will create a lot of credibility for the speaker and the audience will really want to hear what he or she has to say afterwards.

In addition, some of rock music, while the speaker is on stage will really wake the audience up.

2. Involve the audience in 2 way communication

While you are presenting to the public the 8 key points I mentioned above, be sure to engaging the public in 2-way communication.

It 's really easy to do.

Whenever you have finished talking about a key point, just ask the audience, "So if this company can help you achieve your dreams, you will be interested in finding out how? Say Yes"

magically, he feels the audience follow your instructions and say yes ... (I always get a kick out of getting the public to follow my instructions.)

If you have a tough audience that gives you the blind eyes ... just say "I can not hear you ... (then the famous hulk hogan hand to move ear and ask again), you do not hear people ... say yes." (This will definitely work and most of the time the audience will be happy to participate in. This works very well if your leaders take the initiative to respond, as they will motivate the rest of the audience to follow)

After he finished with the next key point, do it again. Ask them "So if these products can help you achieve what you want, will be interested to find out if it's true? Say Yes".

And they will say "yes" again just as if they were hypnotized.

And after eight "yes", guess what?

"So I'm sure that everyone here in this room want to realize their dreams with our team, am I right? Say yes."

Take a good look around the Earth and remember those people who respond with a strong yes!

These are the future downlines!
