Before you get started with your new website or modify your existing website, you must consider that the hardware and software tools could be necessary to support your efforts.
When it comes to hardware required this can be very simple or fairly complex depending on the particular requirements. Of course, if you plan to create a new web site (or even view the new website later) you need a computer. Simple enough, right? Not necessarily. We prefer to work with Apple Macintosh (OSX Leopard on MacBook Pro), as we do a lot of graphics intensive work and previously invested in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Flash, Dreamweaver, etc.). It 'so easy to create your new website using your Windows PC, but we suggest you to stay away from using Windows Vista (any version) and migration to Windows 7 or stick with Windows XP. These operating systems are much more stable and reliable.
Another consideration for the hardware should be some sort of hard drive backup or removable USB memory stick (s). It 'important that you back up all website data to a removable drive in case your computer crashes, is broken or stolen. When creating your website files, most of your data will be stored on the server hosting the web sites, but, in many cases, you will have many other "Builder files" that do not usually make it to the hosting server. DATABASE
Are you going to create a database for your site and, if so, do you to know which software to use for this purpose?
